Construction Contractors Policies
Contract Works Insurance makes a great addition to all building works, regardless of its type.
Contract Works (sometimes referred to as Contractors All Risk) covers any new works as they are being constructed on site. These can include extensions, loft conversions, new builds and more.
This policy will pay to repair or reinstate the work that’s in progress if it is damaged by an insured event such as: fire, flood, storm, vandalism or theft.
We can arrange Contract Works policies to include Contract Works, 6.5.1 Extension with options to cover for your own and hired-in plant, tools, stock and temporary buildings.
